Website Terms of Use

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms apply to the public AdSelect website. A separate signed agreement, insertion order or technical document may apply to an advertising partnership.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you use the website for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. These terms govern website access and enquiries only; they do not replace a signed partnership agreement.

2. Website Information and Availability

The website provides general information about AdSelect and potential programmatic advertising partnerships, including CTV, in-app video, in-app banner and web display opportunities using OpenRTB or VAST.

Website content is informational. It is not an offer, a guarantee of inventory or demand, or a commitment to begin or continue a test. Formats, integrations and services are confirmed for each proposed partnership.

We may update, suspend or remove website content or functionality. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.

3. Acceptable Website Use

You may use the website for lawful business research, communication and partnership enquiries. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or connected systems
  • Introduce malware, automated abuse or traffic intended to disrupt the website
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, authority or reason for contacting AdSelect
  • Copy, scrape or republish substantial website content without permission, except where allowed by law

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, AdSelect or other users.

4. Partnership Enquiries

Information You Submit

If you contact AdSelect or schedule a call, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Useful partnership information may include:

  • Your name, work email and company or individual status
  • The purpose of the enquiry and a brief description of the opportunity
  • Relevant formats, environments, geographies and preferred integration method

No Partnership Created by an Enquiry

Submitting a form, sending a message, scheduling a call or receiving a response does not by itself:

  • Create a partnership, agency, exclusivity or other binding business relationship
  • Approve a publisher, inventory source, campaign or integration
  • Commit either party to traffic, volume, rates, results or a launch date

Sensitive Information

  • Do not submit passwords, private keys, authentication tokens or financial credentials through the public contact form.
  • Do not send personal data or confidential business information unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure channel has been agreed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to share any information you provide.

5. Advertising Partnerships

Separate Written Terms

Any live advertising relationship is subject to the written documents agreed by the parties. Depending on the opportunity, these may include a mutual agreement, insertion order, addendum, privacy terms or technical specification.

  • The approved inventory, demand use case, formats and geographies
  • The OpenRTB or VAST integration details and technical responsibilities
  • Quality, privacy, brand-suitability, reporting and discrepancy requirements
  • Commercial arrangements and any conditions for starting, pausing or ending traffic

Quality and Compliance

Partners are expected to provide accurate information about inventory, demand, ownership or reseller status, apps, sites, placements, creatives and technical signals. Each party remains responsible for its own compliance with applicable law and the signed partnership documents.

  • No malware, deceptive redirects, domain or app spoofing, ad stacking, misrepresented supply or unauthorized traffic
  • No creative or content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes third-party rights
  • Consent, privacy and data-use requirements must be followed for the relevant users and jurisdictions
  • Verification information must be described at source level and must not be presented as broader than the available evidence

Signed Documents Control

  • Website content does not add to or amend a signed partnership document.
  • If website content conflicts with a signed document, the signed document governs the partnership to the extent of that conflict.
  • Technical or commercial changes should be confirmed through the process stated in the applicable signed document.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Programmatic advertising depends on factors outside any one party's control. Unless a signed document expressly states otherwise, AdSelect does not guarantee:

  • A particular traffic volume, bid rate, fill level or launch date
  • A particular revenue, conversion, return or campaign result
  • Continuous compatibility with every third-party platform, device or verification service

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, text, graphics, logos and other materials provided by AdSelect are owned by or licensed to AdSelect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and use website content for legitimate internal business evaluation.
  • You may not remove ownership notices, imply AdSelect endorsement or use AdSelect branding without permission.
  • No website use transfers ownership of AdSelect or third-party intellectual property to you.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or rely on third-party services, including scheduling, maps, fonts, analytics or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean that AdSelect controls or endorses all content on the linked service. You should review the third party's terms before using it.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The public website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • AdSelect does not warrant that website content is complete for every use case or that access will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
  • AdSelect is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, the public website where such exclusion is permitted by law.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how AdSelect handles personal information collected through this website. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that the information will be used to respond to and manage that enquiry.

If a proposed advertising partnership requires additional data processing terms, those terms will be handled separately from these Website Terms of Use.

10. Changes and Ending Access

We may revise these terms when the website or our practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.

  • Your continued use of the website after revised terms are posted means the revised terms apply to that continued use.
  • If you do not accept a revision, you should stop using the website.
  • AdSelect may block or end website access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention or legal compliance.

11. Contact

If you have a question about these Website Terms of Use, use the AdSelect contact form and include enough context for the team to route your enquiry.
